Brett Sibley is a Marin County, CA based photographer and is a graduate of the University of California at Berkeley. In the pursuit of adventure she has lived in Bolivia, Spain and Western Samoa, traveled through Europe and Southeast Asia, mountaineered in the Indian and Nepalese Himalaya and backpacked in the Patagonian Andes. In addition, Brett is a professional adventure travel guide and has led trips in Alaska, British Columbia, the Yukon, the Sierra Nevada, Joshua Tree National Monument, Mt. Shasta, the Grand Tetons and in Central America.
Brett’s work has been published in both travel and adventure sports magazines. She has several years experience taking family and children’s portraits at the Squaw Valley Ski Resort and is available for contracted photography and family portraits. Brett’s photography is influenced by photographers and explorers Galen and Barbara Rowell, and by her parents, also avid world travelers. Brett is currently pursuing a medical degree with a specialization in Emergency Medicine and continues to travel, lead expeditions, and expand her portfolio.
